Email is a great forum for non-urgent medical questions that do not require a face to face visit because it allows for you to correspond with us on your own time. If you want to write an email to your pediatrician at 3 AM...you can.

Clearly, the use of email is for non-urgent medical questions only. If there are any concerns that need immediate attention, then a phone call to our office (or 911 in serious emergencies) is warranted. If you ever find yourself typing such words as lethargic, inconsolable, or unarousable, then you should stop typing and seek immediate medical attention.

 Refills Never Made Easier 

Does your child take a regular medication?  Calling the doctor for prescription refills takes time out of your busy day. By using the new Parkside Pediatrics Patient Portal you can request prescription refills 24 hours a day online and save time.

You simply log in using your unique Username and Password (see details below). All of your child's medications will be displayed on the screen and you check the box beside the medication you need refilled. It's that easy! Within one business day, the prescription will be faxed to your pharmacy to be filled. No hassles. No worry.

 Schedule Appointments Online

Using the Parkside Pediatrics Patient Portal makes scheduling appointments easy and convenient too. No one knows your family's schedule as well as you do. Check your schedule and simply send that requested appointment time through the Patient Portal. Then sit back, relax, and wait for a confirmation call or email from our office.

At Parkside, we understand that when it comes to your family budget, every dollar counts. That is why we are only charging enough to cover our cost.  For use of the Parkside Pediatrics Patient Portal the cost is just $1/week or $4/month.  We believe that most patients will agree the small cost is worth the huge benefit.
